NMBDs (Neuromuscular Blocking Drugs) are believed to be acting on multiple sites within the neuromuscular junction. When searching the current market you may come across multiple drugs that are believed to block the firing of neurotransmitter so as to increase the level of depolarization.

Some such five drugs that are most effective are:-
