7. Manohar has a total of Rs 250 as currency notes in the
denominations of Rs 20. As 10 and Rs.5 The ratio of the number of
20 notes and Rs 10 notes 3:4. If he has a total of 24 notes, how many
notes of each denomination he has?

Acc. To question -

He has 24 notes .

Hence No. Of 5 notes = 24 - 7x (3x+4x)

Hence

Rupees out of 20 notes = 60x

10 notes = 40x

5 notes = ( 24×5 ) - (7x × 5 )

= 120 - 35x

Hence

Total money = 60x + 40x + (120-35x)

250-120=60x + 40x - 35 x

130 = 65x

x = 2
