Shayam's age= \textrm{15 years}

 Explanation:

Let, present age of Shayam is \textrm{x years}

So, present age of Ram is (x + 4)years

And present age of Salman is (x + 7)

Now, \textrm{7 years} ago Shayam's and Salman's age ratio was \frac{2}{5}.

\frac{x + 4 - 7}{x +7 - 7} = \frac{2}{5}

5x - 15 = 2x

x =\textrm{5 years}

After \textrm{6 years} Shyam's age is (x + 4 + 6)

Shayam's age = 5 + 4 + 6 = \textrm{15 years}

The age of Shyam  after six years is 19 years.

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the present age of Salman be x

Shyam is  seven years younger than Salman.

Shyam's present age = x-7

Ram is four years older than Shyam

So, Ram's present age = x-7+4=x-3

Ram's age 7 years ago = x-3-7 = x-10

Salman's age after 5 years = x+5

We are given that The ratio of the  ages of Ram seven years ago and Salman five  years hence is 2:5.

So, \frac{x-10}{x+5}=\frac{2}{5}

5x-50=2x+10

5x-2x=50+10

3x=60

x=\frac{60}{3}\\x=20

Shyam's present age = x-7

Shyam's age after 6 years = x-7+6=x-1 = 20-1 = 19 years

Hence the age of Shyam  after six years is 19 years.
