2 kg sugar contain = 9×10^6 crystals
therefore,
1kg sugar contains = 9×10^6÷2 crystals
(1) 5kg sugar = 9×10^6 ÷2×5
=22.5×10^6 crystals
(2) 1.2 kg sugar contains = (9×10^6÷2 × 1.2) crystals
= 5.4 × 10^6 crystals.
