7. Suppose you are an advocate. How would you argue the case for a group of people
who come to you with the following request: AS.
“The river in our area is getting very polluted by the factories upstream. We get our
drinking water from the river. People in our villages keep falling ill because of the
polluted water. We have complained to the government but there has been no action
from their side. This is surely a violation of our Fundamental Rights."

Then if we ask the factory to stop their work then tell me how can we get the good that they are manufacturing from their factory, Except u then everyone's (who are buying things from those factory) fundamental right will also be violated! Don't you think so!? And to start a factory, they must have taken permission for it(, if only u have been a little intelligent, u would've ask the govt. to make taps for u)How can we directly ask them to stop to do thing for which they have already taken permission! I don't think it's a good idea
