let the height of the parallelogram be x.

then, base of the parallelogram is 3x.

the area is 867cm².

ATQ,

Area of parallelogram = 867cm²

=> b × h = 867cm²

=> 3x × x = 867cm²

=> 3x² = 867cm²

=> x² = 867/3

=> x² = 289

=> x = √289

=> x = 17

therefore, the height of the parallelogram is 17cm.

base of the parallelogram is 3 × 17 = 51cm.

I hope it helps you.

Answer:

height of the parallelogram is 17cm.

Step-by-step explanation:

let the height of parallelogram be h.

b=3h

Area of parallelogram=b×h

867=3h×h

867=3h^2

(867)/3=h^2

289=h^2

√289=h

17cm=h

Hope it's help you!!
