Okay, I'm not cheating. I just find the guideline to be a bit confusing on this point. I hope someone with prior experience with GoTranscript may be able to clear things up.
Question is - "The client requires time stamping every two minutes. You need to transcribe the 20-30 minute part of the audio. Where do you start time stamping?"
In the hyperlinked example, It shows that the time stamp for every two minuets starts at [00:00:00] However, the guidelines state that "if you do the 20-30 minutes part, your time stamping should start at 20, not 00" so I'm not sure which to follow.
