7. The diagram shows the inner boundary of
a 600 m running track which has two
parallel straight lines each of length 200 m
and two semicircular ends.
Assuming n = 3.142, calculate the radius
of each semicircular end correct to the nearest 1÷100m.

Step-by-step explanation:

first total perimeter = 600m

then middle line length= 200m

after removing middile both line left only circle

so,

after remove both middle line circumference of circle = 600-400=200m. ;{ in middle two line so total length of both line is 400m}

in this value of π= 3.14

circumference=2πr

= 200m

radius= circumference/2π

=200/(2×3.142) = 100/3.142= 31.84 about
