7. The distance between two stations is 540 km. A train takes 3 hours to cover this distance. Calculate the speed of the train in km/hr and m/s.

In km/hr :

540 ÷ 3 = 180 km/hr

In m/s :

540 km = 540000 m

3 hr = 10800 hr

Therefore the speed is 540000 ÷ 10800 = 50 m/s
