Given -

Four angles if quadrilateral given in ratio :-

  • 2:3:5:8

To find -

  • The angles of quadrilateral

Solution -

Let the angles of quadirlateral be 2x, 3x, 5x and 8x.

As we know,

The sum of angles of quadrilateral = 360°

2x + 3x + 5x + 8x = 360°

18x = 360°

x = \sf{\dfrac{360}{18}}

x = \sf{\dfrac{\cancel{360}}{\cancel{18}}}

x = 20°

The value of x = 20°

━━━━━━━━━━━

The angles of quadrilateral :-

  • 2x = 2 × 20° = 40°
  • 3x = 3 × 20° = 60°
  • 5x = 5 × 20° = 100°
  • 8x = 8 × 20° = 160°
