Let , common factor of length and width = x

Therefore,

• length = 2x
• Width = x

Now ,

perimeter of rectangle = 2(2x + x)

➝ 120cm = 2(3x)

➝ 120 cm = 6x

➝ x = 120 cm/6

➝ x = 20cm
