Explanation:

Acceleration = Change in velocity / time

Lets change km to m and h to sec

Therefore 15 km/h changes to 4 m/sec

and 33 km/h changes to 9 m/sec

Lets substitute the values

Therefore 9 - 4 / 20

               = 5 / 20

               = 0.25 m/s^2

1.5 m/sec = 0.9 km/h^2
