The equation becomes...as the opposite angles in a parallelogram are equal.

3x-2 =50-x

3x+x=50+2

4x =52

x =

 \frac{52}{4}

Therefore ,x=14

Angles are:

3x-2 = 3*14-2 = 42-2 = 40 degrees
