2)Forms gather information for essentially one record of database. That is information about one person or object. Report can represent information gathered from more than one file.

3) Forms are intended for displaying for the screen. Report are intended for printing.

4) Values in the form are entered and modified by the user. Values on Report cannot be modified by user. It is read only.
