Hello Dear.

Answer ⇒ 14.
Question may be incomplete, there may be some more options. If there are only two option then one of the option must be 14, since it is the correct answer. Given two option cannot be correct.

Solution ⇒

Given ⇒
2 + 2 × 3 + 2 + 2×2
= 2 + 6 + 2 + 4
= 8 + 6
= 14

Hence, the Solution of the given condition is 14.

Hope it helps.
