0.05m² and rectangle

{\huge{\bf{\purple{\mathbb{\underline {Explanation}}}}}}

Given:-

side of square = 0.5m

length of rectangle = 1m

breath of of rectangle= 0.3m

Solution

area of square= a²= (0.5)² = 0.25m²

area of rectangle= l×b = 1×0.3= 0.3m²

so, area of rectangle is greater than that of square by (0.3-0.25= 0.05m²) Answer
