There is an almirah in my house that can be seen to me from my childhood, and it is there from the time of my great grandparents, when they were young.
I became excited by its looks and its structure or design, so I curiously asked my elders, i.e., my grandparents about this almirah. They then told me that this almirah belonged to the parents of my grandfather. It was made up of very valuable wood and was made by my great grandfather himself. He was a carpenter and was very famous for his designs as well as his works. This almirah from my great grandfather was a sweet gift for my great grandmother on their first wedding anniversary.
He made the almirah with a very unique design and used a very costly and good wood. He made drawers in it and customized it as per my great grandmother's need. This was still kept it our home as their memory and the symbol of their love.
I am proud and excited that this almirah is still present in my home and is still used by women of my home. The almirah is passed to the newly wedded couple in my home. It is a very excited tradition.
