Nowadays,Mobile phones are an important part of our every day life. the use of mobile phone had been revolutionary since the last decade. the first form of Mobile phones was telephone, invented by Alexander Graham bell in 19th century. since then, various researchers and inventions was there after approx. 170 Years of it's invention .later, cell phone was invented. first, it was only meant for communication. recently, the smart phones were invented. that has been revolutionary. our life will not be "ok" without smart phones. today, it is used for various purposes. it's use has been expanded beyond communication.
But, nowadays, the use of mobile phones are over. People are always with thier phone. they just grab thier mobile phone and sit in a corner with that. there are so many problems that arise due to excessive use of mobile phones. firstly, the health problems caused by usage if mobile phones are more. it causes a serious disease called neck pain as we always down our neck to use mobile. then serious eye problems can be caused by mobile phone. the blue light emitted from mobile phones have a great power to damage our eyes. then, the second problem is not only caused by excessive use, but also by improper use. some people misuse the phone and internet. so many such cases of bullying over the internet has been reported. always, remember, first it begins with 'chatting' and ends up with 'cheating'. and then the next problem is that we became more anti-social. we may chat with unknown people over the internet more, but it decreases our communication with our well-wishers. to list the after-effects of mobile phones, there are many more.
so, mobile phones are extremely an important and useful device but it became worse when we excessively or improperly use it. so, guys, let's change. use mobile phones for some good purposes and never ever misuse it. use it properly
