Ello!!

Here's your answer

________________________

{ ( 7 + x ) ( 5 + x ) } / { ( 10 + x ) ( x + 1 ) } = 1

=> 7 ( 5 + x ) + x ( 5 + x ) = 10 ( x + 1 ) + x ( x + 1 )

=> 35 + 7x + 5x + x^2 = 10x + 10 + x^2 + x

=> x^2 - x^2 + 12x - 11x = 10 - 35

=> x = - 25

So , the value of x is - 25

 \frac{7(5 + x) + x(5 + x)}{10(x + 1) + x(x + 1)} = 1 \\ \frac{35 + 7x + 5x + {x}^{2} }{10x + 10 + {x}^{2} + x } = 1 \\ \frac{ {x}^{2} + 12x + 35}{ {x}^{2} + 11x + 10 } = 1 \\ {x}^{2} + 12x + 35 = {x}^{2} + 11x + 10 \\ {x}^{2} - {x}^{2} + 12x - 11x = 10 - 35 \\ x = - 25
