Solution:

(7x - 1)/4  - (2x - 1)/3   - 6    = 10/3

Adding 6 both sided

=> (7x - 1)/4  - (2x - 1)/3   - 6  + 6  = 10/3 + 6

=> (7x - 1)/4  - (2x - 1)/3    = 10/3 + 6

Multiplying both sides by 12

=> 3(7x - 1) - 4(2x - 1)  = 40 + 72

=> 21x - 3 -8x + 4 =  112

=> 13x + 1 = 112

=> 13x = 111

=> x = 111/13
