 \bf Answer :-

 \sf \dfrac{7x + x}{5}  -  \dfrac{2x - y}{4}  = 3y - 5 \\  \\ \tt  \dfrac{28x +5x - 10x - 5y }{20}  = 2y -5 \\ \\ \rm  \dfrac{23x-5y}{2y-5}

Thus , done

 \huge\rm { ☆_!! Question !_!  ☆}

 \rm\red {  \dfrac{7 + x}{5}  -  \dfrac{2x - y}{4}  = 3y - 5 }

 \huge\rm { ☆_!! Solution !_!  ☆}

 \rm { : \implies \dfrac{4(7 + x) - 5(2x - y)}{20}  = 3y - 5 }

[ LCM of 5 and 4 = 20 ]

 \rm { : \implies  \dfrac{28 + 4x - 10y + 5x}{20}  = 3y - 5 }

 \rm { : \implies 28 + 4x - 10y + 5x = 20 ( 3y - 5 )}

[ By cross multiplication method ]

 \rm { : \implies 28 - 6x + 5y = 60y - 100 }

 \rm { : \implies 28 + 100 = 60y + 6x - 5y }

[ Sign changed when we transposed -100 from RHS to LHS and -6x and +5y from LHS to RHS ]

 \rm\green { : \implies 128 = 55y +6x \: Ans. }
