Cubic polynomial in variable x is

ax³ + bx² + cx + d , ( a

where a ≠ 0 ,

a , b , c , d are real numbers.

Now ,

Given polynomial is

7x³ - (6/5)x² + 4x - 1

It is already in Standard form.

a = 7 , b = -6/5 , c = 4 , d = -1
