Answer:

Let the Present

Sarosh's Age is x

Father's Age 6x

After 7 Years Sarosh's Age x+7

Father's Age 3(x+7)

Equating the both 6x= 3(x+7)

By solving this x=7

Sarosh Age = 7 and Father's Age = 6x7 = 42

Answer : Sum of their Present ages is 7+42 = 49

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the present of Sarosh be y

His father's age is 3x

7 year hence , His father's age 3x+7

Sarosh age y+7

So, 3x+7=y+7

3x+y=0 ---------- (1) equation

Present age, 3x+7=6(y+7)

=> 3x+7=6y+42

=> 3x+6y= 42-7

=> 3x+6y=35-------(2) equation

By Elimination Method

3x+6y=35

3x+y=0

Interchanging the signs

-----------

=> 5y=35

=> y=7

So Sarosh present age is 7 years

His father's present age = 3x+7= y+7

3x+7= 7+7

3x= 14-7

3x=7

x=7/3
