coins of 50 paisa = 70 - x
money
x * 10 p = 10x
70 -x  = 3500- 50x
they are in paise
so
10x/100 + 35rs-50x/100 = 19
10x/100-50x/100 = 19- 35
-40x/100 = -16
-40x= -16*100
-40x= -1600
40x =1600
x= 1600/40
x= 40
coins of 10p = x = 40
coins of 50p = 70-40
                      = 30
