Sum of 10 consecutive numbers is 75.
let the 10 numbers are a, a+1, a+2, a+3, a+4, a+5, a+6, a+7, a+8, and a+9

sum = a + a+1 + a+2 + a+3 + a+4 + a+5 + a+6 + a+7 + a+8 + a+9 = 75
⇒ 10a + 45 = 75
⇒ 10a = 75 - 45 = 30
⇒ a = 30÷10
⇒ a = 3

maximum of number = a+9 = 3+9 = 12

Let the no. be x,x+1,x+2,x+3,x+4,x+5,x+6,x+7,x+8,x+9
x+x+1+x+2+x+3+x+4+x+5+x+6+x+7+x+8+x+9 =75
10x+45=75
10x=75-45
10x=30
x=3
Maximum no. = x+9 = 3+9 = 12
