Answer:

Average age of A and B 3 years ago=18

A+B=18*2=36----1

Now age of

A is =A+3

B is=B+3

Avg age of

A+B+C=22

A+3+B+3+C=22*3=66

A+B+C=66-6=60

Putting value of A and B from 1

36+C=60

C=60-36=24 ans

Answer:

So the average age of A and B now = 18+3 = 21 years. So the combined ages of A and B, now is 42 years. With C joining them, now the average of the ages of A, B and C = 22 years, or the combined ages of A, B and C = 3*22 = 66 years. Therefore C is 66–42 = 24 years.
