let P (h,k) then PA/PB = 3/2

using ration relation we get the co-ordinates of the point P , x1 and y1 be the point B on circle

therefore its also satisfy the circle equation

h= 3x¹+2/5, k= 3y¹-2/5

x1²+y1²= 16

x¹=5h-2/3, y¹= 5k+2/3

substitute the values of x¹ and y¹ we get

(5h-2) ²/9+(5k+2) ²/9 =16

(5x−2)²+(5y+2)²=144
