Hi there.

Answer ⇒ Oxygen

Explanation ⇒

Electronegativity is the tendency of the atoms to attract the shared pairs of the electrons towards itself is called as Electronegativity.

Now, Arranging an Elements in the Sequence based on atomic number.
B,C, N, O, Al

In this, B,C,N,O, is of the same period.

As we move across the periods, the nuclear charge increases thus the tendency of the atoms to attract the electron also increases. As a result of which the Electronegativity increases. Thus, Oxygen will have the High electronegativity among them.

Aluminium lies below the Boron in the Periodic Table and we know that in the Group Electronegativity Decreases due to the Increases in the atomic size(the effects of the nuclear charge cannot be seen due to the increases in the atomic size), thus, Aluminium have the Less Electronegativity then the Boron.

Hence, the Oxygen will have the High electronegativity among them.

Hope it helps.
