(b) Time is a vector quantity which has direction always in forward direction.

because the time has an origin From then it continuous in foreward only.

( The origin is big bang theory)

Also time has magnitude but then also it's not any vector quantity because the time does not have all the properties of vector quantity.

There is something lacking in the concept of time as a vector.
