 \frac{7x-2}{5x-1} = \frac{7x+3}{5x+4}

\implies (5x+4)(7x-2) = (7x+3)(5x-1)

 \implies 5x(7x-2)+4(7x-2) = 7x(5x-1)+3(5x-1)

 \implies 35x^{2} - 10x + 28x - 8 = 35x^{2}-7x+15x-3

 \implies 35x^{2}+18x-8 = 35x^{2} +8x-3

 \implies 35x^{2}+18x-35x^{2} -8x= -3 +8

 \implies 10x= 5

 \implies x = \frac{5}{10}

 \implies x = \frac{1}{2}
