Heya !!!

7X + 3(-19/83) = 1

7X - 57/83 = 1

581X - 57 = 83

581X = 83+57

581X = 140

X= 140/581

7x+3(-19/83)= 1
7x-57/83= 1
7x= 1+57/83
7x= 140/83
x= 140/(83*7)
x= 20/83
