7x-3 / 4x-9 = 2 / 7

cross multiplication

7(7x-3) = 2(4x-9)

49x - 21 = 8x - 18

49x - 8x = -18 + 21

41x = 3

x = 3/41

7x-3/4x-9=2/7

7(7x-3)=2(4x-9)

49x-21=8x-18

49x-8x=-18+21

41x=3

x=3/41
