7x(3 + x) + 5x(3 + x) = 4x(3x + 7) + 64 \\  \\  \implies21x + 7 {x}^{2}  + 15x + 5 {x}^{2}  = 12 {x}^{2}  + 28x + 64 \\  \\  \implies36x +  \cancel{12 {x}^{2}}  = \cancel{ 12 {x}^{2} }  + 28x+ 64 \\  \\  \implies36x - 28x = 64 \\  \\  \implies8x = 64 \\  \\  \implies \: \underline{\boxed{\sf{ x = 8}}}
