Hey friend,
Here is the answer you were looking for:
7x - 5(x - (7 - 6x + 18)) = 3x + 1 \\  \\ 7x - 5(x - (15 - 6x) )= 3x + 1 \\  \\ 7x - 5(x - 15 - 6x) = 3x + 1 \\  \\ 7x - 5( - 15 - 5x) = 3x + 1 \\  \\ 7x - 5 \times  - 15 - 5 \times  - 5x = 3x + 1 \\  \\  7x  + 75  + 25x = 3x + 1 \\  \\ 32x + 75 = 3x + 1 \\  \\ 32x - 3x = 1 - 75 \\  \\ 29x =  - 74 \\  \\ x =  \frac{ - 74}{29}

Hope this helps!!
