firstly from 1 equation

X=2+5y ÷7

now put this equation in 2

2 +5y÷7 + 2y = 3

now by doing same denominator we get

2+5y+14y÷7 =3

2+ 19y= 3×7

19y= 21 - 2

19y= 19

y= 1

now substitute the value in first we get

X= 2+5y÷7

X= 2+5÷7

X= 1

so X=1, Y= 1

hope helps you....

7x=2+5y
x=2+5y/7
now putting the value of x in secound equation,
(2+5y/7)+2y=3
=2+19y=21
19y=19
y=19/19
y=1 and x=2+5/7=1
