EXPLANATION.

Graphically linear equation.

⇒ 7x + 8y = 15.

As we know that,

Put the value of x = 0 in the equation, we get.

⇒ 7(0) + 8y = 15.

⇒ 8y = 15.

⇒ y = 15/8.

⇒ y = 1.875.

Their Co-ordinates = (0,1.875).

Put the value of y = 0 in the equation, we get.

⇒ 7x + 8(0) = 15.

⇒ 7x = 15.

⇒ x = 15/7.

⇒ x = 2.14.

Their Co-ordinates = (2.14,0).
