(( { \frac{8}{11} })^{2}) ^{ - 5}  \times ( { \frac{11}{8} })^{ - 12}

 =  (\frac{8}{11} ) ^{ - 10}  \times  (\frac{8}{11} ) {}^{ 12}

 = ( \frac{8}{11} ) {}^{ - 10 + 12}

 =  (\frac{8}{11} ) {}^{2}

 = (0.72 {})^{2}

 = 0.5184 \: or \: 0.52
