Step-by-step explanation:

 = (( \frac{8}{11} )^{2} )^{ - 5}  \times  (\frac{11}{8})^{ - 12}  \\  = ( \frac{8}{11} )^{ - 10}  \times ( \frac{8}{11} )^{12}  \\  = ( \frac{8}{11} )^{ - 10 + 12}  \\  = ( \frac{8}{11} )^{ 2}  \\  =  \frac{64}{121}  \\  \\  \\ \bold{\mathtt\blue{I \: hope \: you \: like \: it \: and \: mark \: brainliest \: answer}}

Answer:

( { \frac{8}{11} }^{2} )^{ - 5}  \times   \frac{11}{8} ^{ - 12}

 { \frac{8}{11} }^{ - 10}  \times  \frac{8}{11}^{12}

we multiply the powers when they are in and out brackets and we reciprocate the number if the power is negetive.

since now the base is same so we can add the powers as there is a multiply sign in between the base.

 \frac{8}{11}^{ (- 10 + 12)}

 =  \frac{8}{11}^{2}

this is your answer

hope it helps ..........
