1+4= 1x4+1=5
2+5=2×5+2=12
3+6=3×6+3=21
Hence
8+11=8×11+8=96
The other solution for this problem is given below.
Solution for this is:
1+4=5
1(4+1)=1(5)=5
2+5=12
2(5+1)=2(6)=12
3+6=21
3(6+1)=3(7)=21
Therefore…
8+11
8(11+1)=8(12)=96
The common solution is 96, yet I think there is another solution. Who says 4+7, 5+8, 6+9 and 7+10 are part of the rule?
1+4=5
2+5+5(previous result)=12
3+6+12=21
=> 8+11+21=40
It could be coincidence, that x*y+x fits the given numbers too.
