8+2(5m-8)+3(m+2) = 12+4(2m-1)

8 + 10m - 16 + 3m + 6 = 12 + 8m - 4

8 - 16 + 6 + 10m +3m = 12 - 4 + 8m

-2 + 13m = 8 + 8m

13m - 8 m = 8 + 2

5m = 10

m = 10/5

m = 2
