Here’s the solution. Move the horizontal stick in 4 to turn it into an 11, and then move a single stick on the = sign into the – sign.

You’ll get 8 = 11 – 61, which does not seem to be a correct equation. But then comes the fun part–you need to change your perspective! The equation is absolutely correct if you look at it upside down (shown in the third line below). From the new perspective, the equation becomes 19 – 11 = 8 which is a correct equation!
