Step-by-step explanation:

Total. no. of students in class 7 = 24

25% =

 \frac{25}{100}   \times  24 = 6

6+24= 30

Total. no. of students in class 8 = 20

10% =

 \frac{10}{100}   \times  20 = 2

2+20=22

Increase in percentage.

Overall Percentage change =

6+2=8

20+24=44

\frac{8}{44}   \times  100= 18.18

Ans= 18.18%
