=70

then we should divide the sum number by total number which is 70 divided by 14

which is equal to 5

so the mean or average of this data Is 5

and if all data are added by 2 then the sum becomes 70+(2×14)

=70+28

=98

so now the mean is 98 divided by 14 which is equal to 7
