= 8 (a^2 + 1 +2a) + 2 (ab + 2a+b+2) - 15(b^2 +4 +4b)
= 8a^2 +16a +8 +2ab +4a+2b+4- 15b^2-60b-60
= 8a^2 - 15b^2 +20a - 58b +2ab - 48
=4a^2 - (15/2)b^2 + 10a - 29b +ab-24
