u = 20 initial velocity

v = 0 final velocity

g = 10

s = ut - 1/2gt^2 { find t by using formula v = u -gt that's 2 sec }

s = h = 20*2- 1/2 ×10×2^2 = 40- 20 = 20 m answer

time taken to return back is 4 sec
