remaining part of distance was covered with speed v1 for half the time
and with seed v2 for other half of the time. What is average speed of the
Body.

Explanation:

When a body covers some distances in two equal intervals of time with two different speeds

Then, AVG speed = 2v1v2/(v1+v2)

So, we will consider the second situation first

AVG speed = 2v1v2/(v1+v2)

Now, the we can say that first half distance was covered with velocity v and other half was covered with 2v1v2/(v1 + v2) velocity

When a body covers equal distances with two different speeds

Then, AVG speed = s1 + s2/2

So, here s1= v and s2 = 2v1v2/(v1 + v2)

AVG speed = v + 2v1v2 / 2(v1+v2)
