first we find how many kilometers he travel in one hour = 80/4 km =20 km per hour

1 km = 1000 meter

20 km = 20 ×1000 =20000 meter

1 hour = (60×60) second

1 hour = 3600 second

20000/3600 = 20000÷400/3600÷400

(HCF = 400)

= 50/9 m per second

or in mixed fraction 5 5/9 m per second

I hope it's helpful for you
