So ,

1st condition,

When x = 3

423 ÷ 3 = 141

When x = 6

426 ÷ 3 = 142

Here also no remainder, so x can be 6.

3rd condition,

When x = 9

429 ÷ 3 = 143.

No remainder so x can be 9.
