( 8×15 ) = 120

so , 3 men will do this same work in = 3 / ( 120 ) = 1/40 part

similarly one day work of 20 children = 1 /( 20×15 ) = 1 / 300 part

then , 3 children will complete the same work in = 1 / 100 part

according to the question :-

$1 \div( \frac{1}{40} + \frac{1}{100} ) \\ \\ = 1 \div ( \frac{5 + 2}{200} ) \\ \\ = \frac{200}{7} \\ \\ = \boxed {\bf \: 28 \times \frac{4}{7} \: days }$
