Explanation:

v = 0 at maximum height

h = 10m

v = ?

Using equations of motion

v^2 - u^2 = 2aS

0 - u^2 = 2x-10x10

u^2 = 200

u = 14.1 m/s

now use

v = u + at

0 = 14.1 + -10xt

t = 14.1/10

t = 1.43 s

if your answer is in root then open the root value
